Singha Estate Public Company Limited (SET: S), represented by Mrs. Thitima Rungkwansiriroj, Chief Executive Officer, announces the inspection results for all four of its office buildings: S-OASIS, S-METRO, SUNTOWERS, and SINGHA COMPLEX, along with access schedules. The inspections were conducted by Singha Estate’s engineering and design teams in collaboration with certified professional engineers.
The expert engineering team has confirmed that the main structural components of all Singha Estate office buildings remain strong and safe according to standards, with no damage affecting the buildings’ primary structures. All buildings can resume normal operations. The inspection covered six key areas:
1. Structure: Thorough inspections—focusing on most critical aspects particularly columns, beams, floors, and shear walls—verify that all main structural elements remain sturdy and safe for use
2. Architecture: Primarily decorative elements like ceilings, floors, walls, and tiles show some cracks but do not impact building strength
3. Electrical and sanitation systems: Operating normally
4. Air conditioning and ventilation systems: Operating normally
5. Fire prevention and safety systems: Operating normally
6. Elevators and escalators: Some are functioning normally while others are undergoing safety checks
Building access schedule for S-OASIS, S-METRO, SUNTOWERS, and SINGHA COMPLEX:
Retail spaces and parking areas: Open as usual from today
Office spaces: Open from Tuesday, April 8, 2025 onward. Some areas are undergoing temporary renovations, with continuous renovation plans to be announced later. Tenants can inspect their spaces and property starting today, and contractors are permitted to enter for tenant space renovations.
