Carbon Neutrality Driving the “Go Green Together, Change Tomorrow” initiative
Singha Estate Public Company Limited (SET: S), an international real estate developer and investment company covering hospitality, residential properties, commercial buildings, as well as industrial estates and infrastructure, is strengthening its commitment to sustainability by partnering with office tenants to accelerate progress toward its 2030 carbon neutrality goal through the “Go Green Together, Change Tomorrow” initiative. Under its “Green Synergy, Green Tenant of the Year 2025 Award” campaign, the company has recognized tenant partners across Singha Estate's office portfolio, presenting certificates of recognition to tenants who have actively contributed to emission reductions and to the journey toward achieving the carbon neutrality 2030 goal.
Oranee Poolkwan, Chief Commercial and Retail Officer, Singha Estate Public Company Limited or ‘S’, said, “Singha Estate recognizes the importance of carbon reduction and sustainable business practices. Through the ‘Go Green Together, Change Tomorrow’ initiative and the ‘Green Synergy, Green Tenant of the Year 2025 Award’ campaign, these initiatives are designed to collaborate with our office tenants, actively involving them in driving environmental change. We aim to align all sectors towards a shared goal of reducing carbon emissions and creating a sustainable long-term working environment.”

Launched in 2019, the “Go Green Together, Change Tomorrow” initiative has focused on engaging stakeholders from all sectors, including employees, tenants, suppliers, and business partners, under the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) framework-driven approach to GHG emission reduction and sustainable development. The initiative also prioritizes efficient resource management, such as energy efficiency measures, LED lighting adoption, and efficient waste management systems. In 2024, Singha Estate expanded its collaboration with public and private sector partners to further enhance energy efficiency within its buildings and established its goal to achieve carbon neutrality by 2030.
As part of this initiative, Singha Estate has presented certificates of recognition to qualified tenants from across its 4 office buildings as follows S-OASIS, SINGHA COMPLEX, SUNTOWERS, and S-METRO. The evaluation criteria include achievements in GHG emission reduction, efficient energy use, sustainable waste management, and improvements to workplace environments that support employee well-being. Every ton of carbon emissions reduced will be marked by the planting of 10 additional trees at Singha Park Chiang Rai, ensuring even more positive and lasting impacts for the organization, its tenants, and the environment.
The certificate presentation serves as recognition of the collaboration and commitment shown by tenants in supporting the journey toward the 2030 carbon neutrality goal. Singha Estate remains committed to advancing its sustainability mission and working closely with multisectoral partners to create a more sustainable future.
