Bangkok – Singha Estate Public Co., Ltd. with Mr. Ketkorn Kematorn (4th from the right) representing executives together with National Geographic Thailand represented by Mr. Jeremiah Pitakwong (middle), CEO of Amarin Printing and Publishing Public Co., Ltd., and Bangkok Airways represented by Ms. Piyanuch Mekchanruang (4th from the left) Sales Manager – Corporate and Government Clients of Bangkok Airways Public Co., Ltd. joined in announcing the winners of the Outstanding Photo Award in the #SeaYouTomorrow Project: Mr.Chinnawat Kadwang, Mr.Thummayut Wattanawongwan, Mr.Napat Wesshasartar The awards were handed out by Mr. Kowit Phadungruangkij, Editor in Chief of National Geographic Thailand, Mr. Ekkarat Punyatara, photographer for National Geographic Thailand, and Mr. Nat Sumanatemeya, renowned professional photographer at Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC).
The #SeaYouTomorrow Photo Contest was hosted by Singha Estate Public Co., Ltd. together with National Geographic Thailand with the belief that photographs can tell powerful stories and inspire people to look after the future of the seas and to conserve natural marine resources. The contest was held from 1 June 2019 – 25 July 2019. Throughout the 8 weeks, interested participants submitted more than 10,000 photos to compete which had more than 10 million views online. The 3 winners will join in a trip to “Explore the Maldives” with leading nature photographers of Thailand to garner priceless experience and exchange views on the photographer and to learn about ecotourism.
