Singha Estate Sets to Cover All Horizontal Residence Luxury Segments by Year-end Marking a Total Project Value of THB 10,000 Million with 3 Projects Scheduled for Launch in Q4 Expecting Its R
Bangkok (12 September 2023) – Singha Estate is confident that it will be able to cover all segments of luxury horizontal residences in line with its plan, covering a total project value of THB 10,000 million. The company will launch three new detached-house projects in the fourth quarter of 2023 in pursuit of its goal to become the luxury-housing leader. Backed by this plan, Singha Estate’s Residential Business looks to enjoy revenue growth of over 70%, paving the way for the company to meet its 16,000-million-baht revenue target.
Mr. Nattavuth Mathayomchan, Chief Residential Development Officer at Singha Estate Public Company Limited or “S”, says his company has continuously enjoyed success in the development of horizontal residence projects, including the recent launches of two Private Estate projects, namely LA SOIE de S and SMYTH’S Ramintra. The company is now preparing to launch three more detached-house projects in the third and fourth quarters of 2023. These five new projects underline Singha Estate’s successful implementation of its horizontal residences expansion plan. Altogether, these projects have a total value of over THB 10,000 million. They, therefore, are expected to boost the Residential Business’ revenue by more than 70% and leverage Singha Estate’s revenue from its four businesses beyond THB 16,000 million this year.
Buoyed by the successes of its previous horizontal residence projects, SIRANINN Residences, which was launched in early 2023 and warmly welcomed, Singha Estate has had growing confidence in its horizontal residence development strategy and guidelines. It has also recognized the rebounding demand for luxury houses. Presently, Singha Estate has set four segments for its horizontal residence projects to cover all segments of luxury homes - ULTRA LUXURY with each unit priced starting at THB 100 million, SUPER LUXURY with each unit priced starting at THB 50 million up, PREMIUM LUXURY with each unit priced starting at THB 30 million up, and LUXURY with each unit priced starting at THB 15 million baht. The five new projects of Singha Estate in 2023 will fulfill its goal of covering all luxury segments in accordance with its business plan and direction.
In the pipeline now are 3 horizontal residence projects, scheduled for launch in the third and fourth quarters of 2023. For the PREMIUM LUXURY segment, Singha Estate will unveil a new brand, “S’RIN”.
