Singha Estate Public Company Limited (SET: S) today announced appointment of Mr. Chairath Sivapornpan as Chief Executive Officer, effective as of July 1, 2025. The new appointment is a significant milestone that will strengthen the company’s capabilities and strategic focus on driving sustainable growth further.
The company’s Board of Directors, chaired by Mr. Petipong Pungbun Na Ayudhya, has acknowledged the retirement of Mrs. Thitima Rungkwansiriroj from her position as Chief Executive Officer and resignation from her positions as Director, effective as of July 1, 2025. The Board of Directors and the company’s management team express their gratitude towards Mrs. Thitima Rungkwansiriroj for her visionary leadership and dedication throughout her tenure, which have brought solid growth and significant achievements to Singha Estate, especially during her term of office from 2021 to 2025 when she served as Chief Executive Officer. Her achievements include expansion of all real estate development portfolios both in the domestic and overseas market, strengthened financial status, and most importantly, establishing Singha Estate and its product brands in the luxury market under the vision of “Entrusted and Value Enricher”.
The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Chairath Sivapornpan as Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Mrs. Thitima Rungkwansiriroj, effective as of July 1, 2025. In addition, Mr. Chairath Sivapornpan has been appointed as the company’s Director, filling the Board vacancy with the same effective date. Meanwhile, Mrs. Thitima Rungkwansiriroj will continue to serve as Vice Chairman of the Executive Committee of Singha Estate.
Mr. Chairath Sivapornpan has been with Singha Estate for many years. As a key person behind Singha Estate’s multifaceted achievements over the years, he is widely recognized for his strong commitment to pursuing the development and expansion of Singha Estate across the company’s four core businesses—residential, commercial, hospitality, industrial estate and infrastructure projects—both in Thailand and abroad.
